PU Mold Cleaners

We have various kinds of Mold Cleaners for Metal and Epoxy Moulds. Our Mould Cleaners provides very efficient and fast cleaning. We can customize the mould cleaner to make it a sprayable liquid or a gel base. They are useful for cleaning wax and foam buildup during foam molding process. We also have EU REACH compliant mould cleaners for Environment and Labour friendly norms. Our Mould Cleaners are effective in removing Paints (IMC reserve), PU reserve, Wax reserve, Silicone reserve. Our Mould Cleaners can also be used as Paint strippers.

Our Gel based Mould Cleaners eliminated the need to remove the mould from its position. The gel penetrates beneath the mould build-up and makes it a powder, which can be then further cleaned with the help of a solvent or our Liquid Mould Cleaner. It is important to post-treat the mould by mould conditioner to lubricate the dry moulds post Mould Cleaning.
