Universal Colorants

UC colorants are manufactured with Raw Material that are EU REACH Compliant, VOC free and produce high coloring and tinting strength. Typical viscosities range from 400 to 3,000cps. The colors can be customized as per customer requirements based on shades, applications and interior or exterior use. UC Colorants are available in UV stabilized shades on specific demand.

UC colorants are made to serve in a wide variety of applications.

As such, they are best suited for the following applications:

• Synthetic Leather
• Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers (CASE)
• Thermoplastics They may also be suitable in any other application where plasticizers are used.

Handling and Storage

Proper handling is essential to maintain good quality. Containers should be kept tightly sealed when not in use. This will prevent the absorption of atmospheric moisture and minimize the chance of airborne contamination. Containers should be prevented from extremes of weather between a temperature range of 5-45°C. It is recommended that the containers be mixed with the help of a stirrer prior to use. Shelf life of the UC line colorants is 24 months from the date of manufacture in unopened containers. Reference the MSDS for more product care information.
